  • Capacity‑based coaching sessions are action‑oriented and focused on the present and moving forward.

    These sessions are a partnership. We work together to move through whatever is currently challenging for you, using insight and practical strategies that fit your real life and current capacity.

    Each session is guided by what matters most right now. We focus on clarity, momentum, and realistic next steps—without pressure, shame, or trying to “fix” yourself.

    This is not therapy and we do not focus on processing the past. The work is forward‑focused, practical, and grounded in your day‑to‑day life as it is today.

    Examples of What We May Tackle During Sessions
    Topics may include:

  • Personal goals — clarifying what you want and breaking goals into realistic, doable steps

  • Business or work goals — planning, decision‑making, follow‑through, and ADHD‑friendly productivity

  • Areas of overwhelm — untangling what feels heavy or stuck and reducing cognitive load

  • Prioritizing tasks and responsibilities — deciding what matters most now and creating clear priorities

  • Executive function skill gaps — support with planning, time awareness, organization, task initiation, and follow‑through

  • Parenting challenges with ADHD — navigating routines, emotional regulation, consistency, and capacity while parenting with an Neurospicy brain

  • Relationship challenges with ADHD — support with communication, expectations, follow‑through, and understanding how ADHD impacts relationships

  • Decluttering support — breaking decluttering into manageable steps, making decisions without overwhelm, and creating systems that are realistic to maintain

  • A space to talk things through — thinking out loud with someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions, and offers honest feedback

  • Accountability for hard or avoided tasks — gentle, realistic support to help you move forward

  • Household and life management — routines, systems, and strategies for managing daily responsibilities

    Sessions are collaborative and flexible. We work with your capacity—not against it—and focus on practical actions you can use immediately.
